My food - upgraded version
since my wife had a baby inside her tummy, so, cooking will be my job.. and above are some of my food that we eat this month. :p

Something about RON
RON stands for Research Octane Number. It measures the fuel knocking resistance in spark-ignition internal combustion engines.
Knocking is what happens when the air-fuel mixture prematurely ignites before the flame from the spark plug can reach it, thus rendering loss of power. Heavy and prolonged knocking can cause vibration which in turn may damage the engine.
RON95 is a fuel that possesses the same anti-knock rating of a mixture of 95% iso-octane and 5% heptane. If a vehicle is filled with a lower octane fuel than is required by an engine, then engine knocking may result.
It is a misunderstanding to think that RON97 fuels produce more power than RON95 fuels, even more so with the fact that in reality a higher RON number means the fuel burns less easily!
RON refers to the ability of the fuel to resist knocking and nothing else.
Use RON95 for more power and better efficiency.
By pumping the RON97 into a car which engine only requires the RON95, all you get is an emptier wallet.
Engines are designed to have a minimum RON rating for its fuel. Check your service manual for the minimum RON rating that it requires.

Pg isnin kelmarin, cm besa ar, hubby antar aku g keja….kitorg ikut jln yg besa kitorg ikut….pastu tetiba kitorg ter-accident….cpt sgt rsnya, tetiba ada moto terbalik dpn keta….sepasang suami isteri terbaring ats jln….yg si istri asik dok jerit2 skt…yg si suami plak, bgn je dgn muka cm nk tumbuk org, trus g terpa kt hubby yg dh kuar dr keta….si istri yg dok mengerang, xdihiraukn….kesian gila kt si istri tu….
aku yg tgh terkezut gila dlm keta, xtau nk bt apa…bla tgk si istri tu, cm terpikir plak, klau jd pape cmner…so, aku pn kuar, n g ckp kt hubby, jom bw makcik ni g klinik dl…hubby pn trus tgglkan si suami n ajk makcik tu naik keta, kitorg bw g klinik…mula2 makcik tu dh leh brdiri, tetiba dia cm nk pitam…bertambah gelabah beruk la aku time tu…hubby angkat msk dlm keta n aku g ckp kt si suami ni yg kitorg nk bw istri dia g klinik…aku suh dia ikut….
Ms dlm keta, Tuhan ja yg tau cmner takutnya aku…si istri ni asik ngadu skt!!!! Skt!!!!….katanya bahu kiri dia skt gla…tgn xleh grk…risau deh…pastu dia cm nk tutup mata, waaaa….lg takut….aku pggl2 dia byk kali…xnk bg dia terlelap….tp xlama pastu dia ok, siap leh tunjuk jln nk g klinik lg kt kitorg…hahahaha…
Smpi kt klinik, dgn smgtnya dia g kt counter, ckp yg kaki dia skt…dlm hati, aku cm terconfius plak, td ms dlm keta katanya bahu yg skt gila2…smpi kt klinik, skt kaki la plak…pastu ms kt counter tu, dia siap mention lg yg ari tu dia dh ada appointment kt klinik tu utk check kaki dia….aik????...aku cm tension jap…ape hal makcik nih….
Tp xpe…aku sbr je la…bt xtau je….lg 1 yg bt aku pns hati adlh nk dpt jmp dktr tu punya la lama…rsnya ada dlm 3 jam kot kitorg menunggu…bsn siot….bla nurse pggl nm makcik ni, aku pn ikut msk…hubby yg suh…lgpn, leh gak aku selidik kt dktr tu kn…xnk ar kn tipu idup2 jap g…dh pns hati punya psl kn, suma yg aku pk, suma yg xbaik je la….
Ms dktr check mak cik ni, dktr ckp xda pape…aku pk, maybe dia just nk sedapkn ati makcik ni ja…pastu time makcik ni dibawa utk cuci luka n diberi injection, aku risik2 la kt dktr ni....aku cita la yg aku n hubby yg lggr dia…so, aku nk tau la cmna teruknya keadaan makcik tu….dktr ckp, xda pape pn…luka2 sket ja…n tgn dia maybe terseliuh ja…just dia suh makcik tu rht ja…pas dh setel suma, amik ubat n byr…kene rm70…
Ms kitorg tggu ubat n nk byr, si makcik ni suka ati ja g kuar kt suami dia…hmmm, klau nk tau, sepjg menunggu nk jmp dktr tu, suami dia skali pn xmsk tgk istri dia…sggp dia tggu tgh pns, dari tmn si istri…tp xpa la, aku n hubby for sure la kn tmn makcik tu….lantak la si suami tu kn…rupa2nya si istri ni g kt suami dia sbb nk bncg, nk mintak duit how much kt kitorg…hubby aku tny, pakcik nk brp…n ternyata hubby xberpuas hati ngn permintaan si suami memandangkn kerosakan pd motosikal diorg xla sebesar mn klau nk banding dgn keta kitorg…setakat side mirror longgar je beb…xkn la nk mintak ganti rugi smpi beratus2 kn...then, hubby ajak diorg wat repot kt balai…tp diorg xmau…
Tetiba aku cm bangga jap ngn hubby…hubby ckp, dia just nk pertahankn hak kitorg…sbb kitorg xslh pn…hubby byr duit klinik n bg sket duit sagu hati, just atas dasar kemanusiaan ja…tp klau si suami istri ni xkn pk n trus nk slhkn kitorg, xda cara lain ar selain dr g balai…that’s all cita aku…pjg kn…klau bleh nk pjgkn lg ni, tp xpa la, nnt korg mls baca plak…yg ni pn mst letih gak korg nk abiskn kn…hehehe….hrp map yer…klau cm tension, scroll kt wh tgk gmbr sunset…insyaAllah, hati kembali tenang….

Ultrasound
i did the ultrasound...!!!...hehehe...malunya tnjk peyut kt dktr...tp dh keja dia tgk peyut org kn...nk bt cmna....klau x, cmna plak nk scan kn....ari i mc tu, i trus scan skali....sbb xsbr punya psl...bla nurse offer ja, tggu apa lg...hihihi....nsb baik xmhl sgt....siap bg gmbr lg...my baby is about 7 weeks...xda heart beat lg...maybe about 10days lg...due insyaAllah on 21 October 2010....pray for me n baby ya guys....this is the pic....
